Should you accept our proposal, we will arrange a date to inspect the property. After the inspection has been completed, we conduct the necessary market research and finalise the valuation report in accordance with the date agreed to in our proposal. We then send the signed report to you for you to peruse and we will answer any queries you may have regarding the valuation.
