Generally, a single residential valuation takes 3 to 5 working days to complete and a single commercial property valuation may take from 5 to 10 working days, although there are several factors which need to be taken into account including: availability of information, when we are able to arrange a date of inspection of the property, the number of properties to be valued and whether travelling to obscure areas is required.
